In addition to a major area of concentration, all Hillsdale College students enroll in a structured core of courses that takes about two years to complete. This fellowship is limited to Classical Studies majors, and it requires that a student have a well-developed project by the time of application. The Nancy P. Helmbold Travel Award is expected to be worth $5,000 this year. It is awarded to an outstanding undergraduate student of Greek and/or Latin for travel to Greece or Italy.
